About the company
KitchenPark is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Dubai team. The position plays an important role in the company’s growth efforts by generating early-stage leads and qualifying prospects for the Account Executive team. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys selling, speaking with potential customers, and working in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
CloudKitchens supports restaurant operators worldwide in growing their online food delivery business, with a mission to make food more affordable, better in quality, and easier to access. The company repurposes underused properties into technology-enabled kitchens that serve restaurateurs, customers, and nearby communities. Each new site also contributes local employment and helps expand access to diverse cuisines and healthier food at reasonable prices. The business works with everyone from first-time founders to major global quick-service restaurant brands.
Key responsibilities
The SDR will focus on identifying and creating sales opportunities at the top of the funnel, while coordinating closely with Account Executives.
- Work with Account Executives to uncover promising sales opportunities and support pipeline creation.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including current lead details and qualification notes based on set criteria.
- Develop a strong understanding of KitchenPark’s value proposition and clearly respond to lead questions.
- Create a steady flow of opportunities that can be passed on to the Account Executive team.
- Handle a high daily volume of calls, emails, website inquiries, and social media outreach.
Requirements
The company is seeking candidates with a sales-driven attitude, good communication abilities, and the willingness to learn and grow.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar area; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- UAE National status is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a mindset focused on growth and learning.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales, with progression opportunities into Account Executive or SDR Lead positions for strong performers.
Work environment and additional information
This position is based in the Dubai office. Because the company values innovation and fast execution, in-person collaboration is considered essential. Office-based teams are expected to work onsite five days per week.
