Role overview

This position is based in Cologne, Germany, with a hybrid working setup. As a Sales Development Representative for the DACH region, you will be responsible for building and qualifying the sales pipeline across Ibexa’s portfolio in the German market. You will partner closely with Account Executives and external partners to connect with upper mid-market and enterprise prospects and arrange qualified meetings. The role is a strong starting point for someone aiming to develop a career in B2B SaaS sales within a fast-moving European technology business.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out both inbound and outbound prospecting across the DACH market to create qualified meetings and Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Use account-based selling methods by building target account lists, identifying key stakeholders, and running outreach across multiple channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Assess opportunities across the product suite, including DXP, PIM, CDP, CEP/automation, and interactive data collection, with support from Account Executives.
  • Lead structured discovery calls to understand each prospect’s business situation, pain points, and strategic priorities, and record the findings accurately in the CRM.
  • Work with partners on joint prospecting activities and follow-up actions related to webinars, events, and campaigns.
  • Keep execution disciplined through sequencing, activity logging, CRM upkeep, and adherence to sales processes.

About you

A genuine interest in B2B SaaS and complex environments involving Marketing, Digital, eCommerce, IT, and Data is important.

Preferred profile

Exposure to MarTech areas such as DXP/CMS, PIM, CDP, or marketing automation/CEP is an advantage. Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools like HubSpot, Cognism, or Lemlist is also beneficial.
