Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Route Support Service Professional to join its Smyrna, GA team. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support pest control and wildlife service operations while working independently in the field and staying closely connected to customers and teammates. The job combines hands-on service work, customer interaction, and safe operation of company equipment and vehicles.

Key Duties

• Develop positive, long-term relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Assist service professionals with pest control tasks, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Handle pre-construction and post-construction termite treatment work and monitor termite bait systems.
• Identify customer concerns early and provide practical solutions that support satisfaction and retention.
• Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and label instructions when applying pest control products and using company vehicles or equipment.
• Work closely with customer service, sales, and management teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Represent the company’s standards, values, and professionalism in every interaction.

Training and Work Style
