Candidate profile
The hotel is looking for someone with prior housekeeping or room attendant experience in a hotel setting, ideally in a 4-star or 5-star property. You should understand hospitality cleaning standards, be highly organised, and pay close attention to detail. The role also calls for strong time management, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive, guest-focused attitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to stay effective under pressure are important. Because the job involves manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and moving quickly during busy shifts, physical fitness is essential. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
