This position brings together intelligence gathering, analysis, and systems thinking. You will help improve how intelligence moves across the organisation by refining data flows, coordinating internal sources, and building scalable processes that support earlier warnings and better decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Improve how intelligence is sourced, analysed, and shared within a fast-moving global tech environment.
  • Find workflow bottlenecks, simplify processes, and automate important steps in the intelligence lifecycle.
  • Convert scattered information and manual rules into dependable risk intelligence outputs.
  • Spot and evaluate new threats, then turn findings into practical signals for containment, product, and policy teams while owning key programs from start to finish.
  • Set and refresh collection needs so intelligence stays aligned with the most important trust and safety risks.
  • Work closely with product and data science teams to improve proactive detection and automation.

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in intelligence, threat detection and analysis, trust and safety, cybersecurity, or a closely related area.
  • Strong data fluency, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, usable intelligence for different stakeholders and a history of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong prioritisation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Comfort working independently, meeting deadlines, and operating in ambiguous situations while adapting to shifting priorities.

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on ability with SQL or Python, plus familiarity with automation or dashboarding tools.
  • Exposure to AI or generative AI tools for collection, clustering, or risk detection.
  • Solid understanding of OSINT methods, adversarial tactics, and emerging online harms such as VBDA, hate, exploitation, and misinformation.
  • Experience contributing to intelligence frameworks or governance models for the risk lifecycle.
