Role overview
Kiwibank is seeking a Risk Analyst to join its Financial Risk team in Auckland. In this role, you will help strengthen the bank’s governance and reporting capability by turning data into clear insights that support better decision-making for teams across the organisation.
You will work with stakeholders from Risk and other parts of the business to coordinate reporting for committees, forums and boards, while also keeping action tracking and governance activities running smoothly. The role contributes directly to stronger oversight, sharper reporting and more informed outcomes for the bank.

- Preparing reports and helping translate data into useful insights.
- Coordinating contributions from multiple stakeholders for structured reporting.
- Supporting the delivery and smooth operation of governance processes.
- Maintaining action registers and related tracking documentation.
- Communicating detailed information in a way that is clear to different audiences.
- Working across functions to build effective relationships and support decision-making.
What you’ll bring
