Role Summary

ERG is looking for a motivated PRN Research Assistant to support clinical research activities. In this role, you will help conduct study procedures, manage data collection, and support compliance with study protocols. The position operates under FDA requirements, Good Clinical Practice guidelines, and internal company policies and procedures.

Key Duties

  • Support research studies through accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Help ensure all study activities follow protocol requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Keep research documentation complete, organized, and up to date.
  • Prepare source documents for scheduled study visits.
  • Carry out vitals, ECGs, and phlebotomy procedures.
  • Enter data gathered during patient visits.
  • Track and maintain lab kit inventory.
  • Ship and process study specimens as needed.
  • Complete protocol-specific training assignments.
  • Handle routine office work such as filing, copying, and scanning.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support ERG’s changing operational needs; this role may be expanded or adjusted to align with organizational goals.
