The role combines candidate communication, interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, and general hiring support. Compensation
Monthly pay for this position ranges from USD 5,900 to USD 7,100.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Arrange interviews and manage communication related to recruitment.
- Reply to candidate queries quickly, clearly, and professionally.
- Monitor applicant movement and status during each stage of hiring.
- Keep recruiting files, records, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to strengthen the candidate experience.
- Assist with onboarding activities and broader hiring efforts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative work is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with solid people skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- A dependable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace are required.
