About the Role
Beechfield Care Group is recruiting relief chefs to support shift coverage across its nursing homes in the Leinster region. This position is designed for someone who wants greater control over working hours, with a range of premium-paid shifts available in both North and South Dublin.

Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will be a professionally trained chef with HACCP certification. Experience preparing modified meals in line with SALT guidance is required, along with a strong understanding of food hygiene standards. Prior experience leading or managing a kitchen is important. The role also requires confident spoken and written English. Experience working in a nursing home or hospital kitchen will be a plus.
