Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a private university for an experienced exam administration professional. The role supports a major digital upgrade aligned with NEP 2020, with a focus on secure, compliant, and efficient examination and credential processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete exam lifecycle, from scheduling and conducting examinations to processing results, using integrated digital systems.
- Support the creation and handling of tamper-resistant certificates and transcripts.
- Maintain alignment with NAD and ABC requirements and help introduce verifiable badges for academic and skill credentials in line with Skill India goals.
- Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to improve operational workflows.
- Train staff members on credential and verification platforms.
- Track and share reporting on verification-related metrics.
Required background
- The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Registrar or Assistant Registrar in an Indian college or university.
- A solid understanding of education regulations and digital administrative systems is needed.
- The role calls for strong planning ability, accuracy, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders in a higher education environment.
