About the team
The Content & Creator group is a fast-paced, performance-focused team responsible for advancing the platform’s content businesses, including livestream and short-form video. The team’s work centers on building and running commercial initiatives that drive demand, strengthen supply, and support long-term profitability across markets in Asia and Brazil.
What you will do
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving growth across the full lifecycle of initiatives, with a focus on commercial performance, traffic, and cost efficiency.
- Assist with recurring reporting tasks by analysing data, creating visual summaries, spotting key trends and issues, forming hypotheses, and recommending practical solutions.
- Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders when needed to gather and consolidate data, creative assets, and other relevant materials.
What we are looking for
- Applicants should currently be studying for a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or bring prior internship experience that is closely related.
- Comfortable using Excel and the Google Suite for day-to-day work and analysis.
- Able to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Good at managing time, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborative, structured, and attentive to detail.
Internship details
- Preferred internship format is full-time, with a duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Part-time applicants are also welcome, provided they can commit to at least 3 working days per week.
