Role Overview

NOYA Clinics in Riyadh is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the hiring process from sourcing coordination through onboarding. This is an on-site full-time role suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with candidates and internal hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange interviews and manage scheduling between applicants and hiring managers.
  • Keep candidates informed about interview timings, application progress, and any documents they need to provide.
  • Update candidate information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Publish vacancies on job portals and the company’s career page.
  • Help review applications and keep candidate pipelines well organized.
  • Draft offer letters and assist with onboarding steps for new employees.
  • Handle pre-employment tasks such as background verification and collection of required paperwork.
  • Prepare recruitment summaries and monitor hiring-related performance data.
  • Support a smooth and professional candidate journey throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
