Role overview
Figma is hiring a full-cycle recruiter to help grow and strengthen the EMEA employee population during an important phase of expansion. In this role, you will shape high-quality candidate experiences, manage the hiring process from start to finish, and build strong talent pipelines. You will also have room to lead initiatives, influence change, and contribute meaningfully to the future of the recruiting function at Figma.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for Business and Go-to-Market roles.
- Work closely with business leaders and executives across global teams, with a strong focus on EMEA.
- Build balanced, representative candidate pipelines while also handling incoming applications effectively.
- Use hiring data to guide recruitment decisions and share actionable insights with partners.
- Create sourcing approaches to reach passive candidates through cold outreach, events, and content creation.
- Represent Figma’s values in day-to-day recruiting work.
- Look for ways to improve broader business and hiring outcomes.
- Lead initiatives connected to belonging, equity, and inclusion.
What we're looking for
- 7 or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-growing company operating across EMEA, including partnership with VP-level stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the SaaS and scaling technology environment, including competitors and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong interest in attracting high-caliber talent and generating excitement about new opportunities.
- A thoughtful approach to hiring strategy, including sourcing, diverse talent attraction, and stakeholder management.
- Native-level German or full professional fluency in German.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working in a SaaS company.
- Fluency in French.
