Role Overview
This role is suited to someone who enjoys speaking with new people on a regular basis and can assess candidate fit through thoughtful, targeted questions. The position calls for strong organization to manage a steady flow of potential candidates and a clear focus on consistently achieving and surpassing assigned targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and keep an active talent pipeline for roles that may open in the future.
- Interview candidates over the phone.
- Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and interview responses, then advance or reject them accordingly.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidate queries.
- Stay on track with weekly targets for calls and emails.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Well-developed organizational and people skills.
- Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proven ability to work toward and achieve quotas.
