Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will manage and support the full hiring lifecycle for MAVI’s internal teams, covering both technical and non-technical positions. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team as a strategic partner, shaping hiring plans, building scalable recruiting processes, and bringing in exceptional talent from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for internal openings across both technical and non-technical functions.
  • Work with founders and hiring managers to clarify role expectations, team priorities, and hiring requirements.
  • Create and run sourcing plans across different regions, with particular emphasis on LATAM and exposure to APAC and other international markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pools and networks through creative, non-traditional sourcing methods.
  • Review, assess, and interview candidates while maintaining MAVI’s hiring standards.
  • Set, monitor, and improve recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, funnel conversion, and quality of hire.
  • Partner with founders, talent acquisition colleagues, and engineering teams to improve automation and efficiency in sourcing, screening, and hiring workflows.
  • Keep refining hiring practices and talent strategies to support scalable growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the founders on market trends, hiring strategy, and talent-related decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience handling end-to-end recruiting, with prior leadership or ownership exposure considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in fast-moving settings.
  • Strong sourcing capability using active and passive approaches across multiple geographies; LATAM and APAC experience is a plus.
  • Experience evaluating candidates through structured interviews and assessments.
  • Ability to test, combine, and improve different sourcing channels.
  • Analytical approach with experience defining and tracking recruitment KPIs and other hiring metrics.
  • Comfort working with recruiting systems such as LinkedIn, ATS tools, and job boards.
  • Background in hiring finance or accounting professionals is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • A builder’s mindset with adaptability, initiative, humility, and a strong drive to deliver quality results.
