Quality Assurance Executive

Role Overview

Eliva Real Estate is looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Executive who can speak Arabic. This position focuses on keeping real estate leads, documentation, and internal workflows accurate, compliant, and consistently high in quality. The role is central to maintaining service standards, tracking lead quality, and helping the sales function run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate incoming leads across the sales team according to availability, workload, and individual performance.
• Review the performance of marketing and sales staff through recurring quality checks and survey-based assessments.
• Track assigned tasks and make sure they are completed on time.
• Move leads and tasks to other team members when needed to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Compile ad hoc reports covering lead progress, team performance, and quality assurance indicators.
• Observe lead quality across the full sales cycle and ensure company standards are followed.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for leads and reporting.
• Perform quality reviews of lead management, client communication, and follow-up actions.
• Spot process gaps and suggest corrective improvements where necessary.

Requirements

• Arabic fluency is required.
• Strong focus on detail along with good planning and organization abilities.
• Familiarity with real estate paperwork, processes, and compliance expectations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work well with different functions and teams.
• Good communication, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior exposure to Quality Assurance, Operations, or Real Estate Administration is an advantage.
