Role Overview

This position sits within the Data Analytics Unit and is based in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on building and improving data pipelines and supporting scalable data solutions that meet business needs.

Educational Requirement

The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering degree. The eligibility section also specifies B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and tune data pipelines using Kafka and Java.
• Work closely with teams across functions to understand data needs and deliver solutions that scale.
• Maintain strong data quality and consistency across multiple sources.
• Offer technical support and mentorship to junior colleagues.
• Develop practical strategies and models that help clients innovate, expand, and improve profitability.
• Work with software configuration management tools and related systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments.
• Apply logical reasoning and structured problem-solving while collaborating with others.
• Understand financial processes used in different project types and pricing approaches.
• Review existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend suitable technology options.
• Bring one or two industry-domain insights where relevant.
• Handle client communication and interface effectively.
• Contribute to project and team management activities.

Technical Requirements

• Working knowledge of Kafka.
• Strong Java development skills.
