About the Role

iHeartMedia is seeking a part-time Promotion Events Support team member in Atlanta to help bring station promotions and live experiences to life. This role sits within a high-volume events environment, supporting local activations that connect audiences, talent, and clients through memorable in-person experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Help plan and deliver local promotions and events that match station branding and client goals, including concerts, community events, and live broadcasts.
• Handle event logistics such as setup, staffing, signage, giveaways, and technical support needs.
• Work closely with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to build integrated campaigns that increase listener engagement and support revenue goals.
• Act as the on-site point person during events, keeping operations running smoothly and representing the company professionally.
• Interact with listeners and clients to create strong brand experiences and collect feedback.
• Keep promotional materials organized, prepared, and transported when needed.
• Support event promotion through digital and social content capture, and help track performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

• Strong organization and the ability to manage several tasks or projects at the same time.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with comfort speaking to the public and to clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with social media and content tools is helpful.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

This is a regular, part-time, hourly role.
