Project Engineer

Role overview

Key impact areas

• Assist the project management group with end-to-end order management, including quotations, processing, and fulfillment.
• Make sure orders are released on time and in line with internal standards and policies.
• Track order-related problems and processing mistakes, then help resolve them to protect customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers on order entry, dispatch, and payment-related activities.
• Keep order management records accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to simplify workflows and improve service delivery.

What the role requires

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline.
• Hands-on experience in order management or customer service.
• Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using order management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to improving processes continuously.
