About the Role

This Operations role focuses on solving complex problems at scale. The team works on difficult business challenges with speed, accuracy, and original thinking, building systems that improve efficiency and support international growth.

The company is seeking a Production Operations Manager to lead teams of up to 100 agents. The role involves close partnership with product teams, along with strong people leadership and project management skills, to keep improving processes and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a mix of direct and indirect reports and support their day-to-day work.
• Decide which initiatives should be prioritised and create practical timelines to deliver them quickly.
• Own team development by coaching, supporting, and helping people reach their full potential.
• Set the standard through hands-on leadership, handling the most challenging customer problems and maintaining high team performance.
• Work with colleagues across different regions to raise service quality continuously.
• Analyse complex business situations and use advanced reasoning to support important decisions.
• Design, improve, and roll out systems, programmes, and workflows that strengthen customer service operations.
• Create scalable processes that support rapid growth.
• Take ownership of business line metrics and improve quality of decisions, productivity, and efficiency.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and partners to support effective negotiations and outcomes.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university.
• Background in engineering; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a structured, KPI-driven environment such as a startup.
• Proven experience leading large teams with both direct and indirect reports.
• Strong leadership style with a confident, creative, and motivating approach.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and people management abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with several priorities at once.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering projects that improved measurable outcomes.
• Logical and analytical thinking, with experience fixing team productivity or quality issues efficiently.
• Ability to spot operational inefficiencies and turn them into workable solutions.
• Data-led thinking to identify root causes, track performance, and drive ongoing process improvement.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
