About the Role
Linxens is expanding and is looking for a Production Assistant I-4 to support its manufacturing activities in Changi, Singapore. The company works in the security and identity technology space and places strong emphasis on continuous improvement, technical innovation, and employee development.
This role is designed for someone who can help keep production running smoothly, maintain compliance with process standards, and support preparation of materials and finished goods.
What You Will Do
- Operate production equipment and keep the machines running as required.
- Spot equipment faults, breakdowns, malfunctions, or product-quality concerns and raise them appropriately.
- Support the onboarding of new operators when needed through learning or mentoring activities.
- Carry out work according to instructions, targets, and quality requirements.
- Enter production data manually whenever automated recording is not available, to preserve traceability.
- Confirm that raw materials delivered from the warehouse match production requests.
- Handle tasks related to loading raw materials and semi-finished items for production.
- Verify final-stage production parameters such as total length, number of acceptable products, and number of defective products.
- Prepare finished goods so they are ready for collection by the TPA operator.
