Role overview
We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Product Cleaner to join a growing team in Norwich. This is a hands-on position within a service centre, helping ensure products are cleaned, checked, and prepared so they can reach patients efficiently. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a clean driving licence are helpful, though not all are mandatory.
What you will do
- Clean, inspect, and prepare products so they are ready for use
- Carry out minor repairs where required
- Maintain stock records for products and spare parts
- Follow internal and external quality standards at all times
- Work to daily targets for product preparation
- Support field technicians by providing products in a timely and suitable condition
- Perform and log electrical safety testing as part of the role; full training will be provided
- Keep the workplace clean and organised
- Complete daily and weekly activity reports
- Update relevant IT systems and records
Working hours
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday.
