Role overview
SWK Technologies is a rapidly expanding technology firm that creates customized solutions to help organizations streamline and improve their operations. The team is looking for an entry-level Procurement Assistant to help support procurement activities in a busy technology setting.
What you will do
In this position, you will handle purchase order processing, maintain accurate records through data entry, and coordinate with vendors and clients to keep purchasing workflows on track. The role calls for someone who stays organized, pays close attention to detail, and communicates professionally with both external partners and internal contacts.
Compensation
This position offers an hourly pay range of $25 to $28.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Acumatica CRM or a similar CRM platform.
- Prior exposure to working with technology vendors such as Microsoft, Dell, and similar companies.
- Background in procurement within a technology company or managed service provider environment.
