Process Executive - AR / International Voice Process

Role Overview

The company is hiring freshers for the role of Process Executive - AR. The position is based in Hyderabad and follows a night-shift schedule aligned to US timings.

Shift timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (US timing, night shift)

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with the medical billing team to support timely invoicing and collection of payments.
• Contribute to reducing overdue receivables and improving cash flow through effective process execution.
• Liaise with customer service teams to address customer questions and resolve disputes.
• Review financial information to spot patterns and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable operations.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a night shift.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Open to freshers.
