Platform Product Manager – Real Estate Tech (Maps & 3D Visualization)

Role overview

AX CAPITAL Real Estate is developing a modern property discovery platform centered on a map-led experience. The product will combine an interactive 3D map, real-time inventory updates, and advanced tools for buyers, agents, and agencies. This position is responsible for steering the product direction and partnering closely with engineering, design, and real estate teams to create a strong, intuitive discovery journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring a balanced focus between buyer discovery features and professional tools for agents and agencies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the 3D map interface, tile rendering, and live synchronization of property data.
• Convert real estate business requirements, including off-plan developments, developer information, pricing, and handover details, into precise product specifications.
• Oversee CRM functionality, lead tracking, and dashboard capabilities used by agents and agency users.
• Set feature priorities, support sprint execution, and coordinate work across design and development functions.
• Monitor product performance, user behavior, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
• Work with vendors providing mapping, 3D visualization, and data services.

What the role calls for

• Background as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in proptech, real estate, or a marketplace environment.
• Working knowledge of mapping tools such as Mapbox, Google Maps, or MapLibre, along with geospatial data concepts.
• Exposure to 3D visualization technologies such as WebGL, Three.js, or CesiumJS.
• Good understanding of the UAE real estate landscape is an added advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Strong capability in stakeholder coordination and feature prioritization.
• Analytical approach with experience measuring KPIs and platform metrics.
