Pay and advancement

The listed rates are: $10 per hour for part-time customer service representatives and pizza makers; $13 per hour for full-time pizza makers; $14 per hour for full-time Shift Lead Level 1 in training; $15 per hour plus bonus for a full-time certified Shift Lead Level 1 during the first 6–8 weeks; $16 per hour plus bonus for a full-time Shift Lead Level 1 who has been certified for 3 months; $17 per hour plus bonus for a full-time Shift Lead Level 1 who has been certified for 1 year; and $18 per hour plus bonus for a full-time certified Shift Lead Level 2 after 6–12 months. General managers start at $50,000 per year plus bonus. Full-time work is defined as 30 or more hours each week. Part-time shift leads are paid $1 less per hour than the full-time shift lead rate.
