Pay structure
The posting lists the following current pay rates: part-time CSR/Pizza Makers start at $10 per hour; full-time Pizza Makers earn $13 per hour; full-time Shift Lead Level 1 trainees earn $14 per hour; certified Full-Time Shift Lead Level 1 staff earn $15 per hour plus bonus during the first 6–8 weeks, $16 per hour plus bonus after 3 months of certification, and $17 per hour plus bonus after 1 year of certification; Full-Time Certified Shift Lead Level 2 earns $18 per hour plus bonus after 6–12 months. General Managers start at $50,000 per year plus bonus.
Work hours and eligibility for benefits
Full-time employment is defined as 30 or more hours per week. All full-time roles include eligibility for health insurance and paid time off. Part-time Shift Leads are paid $1 per hour less than the full-time rate.
