About the role

Old Mutual is looking for a highly adaptable Executive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Old Mutual Investment Group in Harare. This position calls for someone who can go well beyond routine administration, stay closely engaged with the work, and help drive outcomes in a fast-moving, demanding environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, handle sensitive matters with professionalism, and help manage competing priorities while maintaining a diplomatic, solutions-oriented approach.

Administrative support

  • Provide executive-level administrative assistance, including preparing presentations, notes, and related materials.
  • Coordinate inputs and resources needed to compile information, and may prepare initial drafts of reports.
