About the opportunity

ASB is seeking a People Operations Consultant to join its People Operations team in Auckland. The role is central to delivering smooth, high-quality people services across the employee lifecycle, helping leaders and employees have a positive experience through reliable processes, accurate information, and a mindset of ongoing improvement.

In this position, you will provide full-cycle operational support, working closely with the wider People team, people leaders, and other stakeholders to handle queries, complete transactions, and improve service delivery. Key duties
