Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Specialist to handle monthly payroll operations with accuracy, timeliness, and discretion. This role requires ensuring that payroll processing follows company rules, labor legislation, and mandatory statutory obligations while safeguarding employee compensation data.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the monthly payroll cycle for all staff and make sure payments are completed on schedule.
- Check and reconcile attendance, leave, absence, overtime, and other inputs that affect payroll.
- Work out salaries, allowances, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and other pay components according to internal policy.
- Keep employee payroll and personal records current in HR and payroll software.
- Generate payroll reports, salary reconciliations, and recurring cost analysis reports.
- Coordinate salary disbursements and bank transfer activities with Finance and other relevant teams.
- Handle employee questions about pay, compensation, and benefits in a professional manner.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, social insurance rules, and other applicable legal requirements.
- Prepare full-and-final settlements, end-of-service payments, and other exit-related dues.
- Assist with payroll audits and ensure payroll files and records are complete and accurate.
- Look for ways to streamline payroll activities and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar discipline is required. Professional certifications in Payroll, Human Resources, or Compensation & Benefits are considered an advantage.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in payroll administration, compensation and benefits, or a related HR role. Hands-on exposure to HRIS platforms, payroll software, and attendance management tools is needed. A solid grasp of payroll practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance is essential. Prior experience handling final settlements and end-of-service benefits is preferred.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, onsite role. The job emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, compliance, and coordination with finance and HR stakeholders.
