Role overview
In this payroll position, you will take responsibility for accurate salary administration, maintain employee records in the payroll platform, and support both internal teams and external contacts on payroll-related matters. The role also includes coordination with finance and HR, oversight of tax and social security topics, involvement in audits, and ongoing improvements to payroll workflows while ensuring data privacy compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and check payroll calculations in line with applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain and update employee information within the payroll system.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external payroll queries.
- Work closely with finance and human resources to ensure payroll processes run correctly.
- Monitor matters related to social insurance and taxation.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Help refine and further develop existing payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings completed commercial training or a degree in human resources or finance, along with strong payroll expertise. You should be familiar with employment law, tax rules, and social insurance regulations, and have hands-on experience with payroll systems and MS Office. A structured, detail-focused working style and a willingness to contribute within an HR team are also important.
