Role Overview
We are looking for a Payroll and Salary Accountant for a respected, long-established service company based in Nuremberg, Germany. The position is on-site in Nuremberg and offers a compensation of around EUR 45,000 per year.

Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Practical experience in payroll and salary accounting, ideally using DATEV
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social insurance regulations
- Confident computer skills, especially in DATEV and MS Office
- Strong interest in taking on new challenges, such as digital payroll processing
- German language skills at C1 level or higher are mandatory
Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll and salary calculations accurately and independently within the required deadlines using DATEV LODAS
- Support clients on all payroll-related matters
- Handle reporting, notifications, and employment certificate processes
- Communicate with health insurance providers, insurance companies, and public authorities
