Oracle Solution Architect – Utilities Sector

Role Overview

An immediate opening is available for an Oracle Solution Architect specializing in the utilities sector for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on shaping, designing, and delivering large-scale Oracle Utilities implementations.

The right candidate should bring deep hands-on knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and the broader Oracle Utilities suite, along with a solid grasp of utility operations across electricity, water, gas, and multi-utility environments.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading solution design and architecture across enterprise Oracle Utilities programs. The role involves turning business needs into practical technical designs and ensuring that the proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and built to enterprise standards.

• Create complete end-to-end solution designs using Oracle Utilities technologies and products.
• Build architecture that is scalable, secure, and resilient while following enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Convert business requirements into detailed technical blueprints and solution designs.
• Shape the application, integration, infrastructure, and security layers of the solution.
• Validate and sign off on technical designs prepared by development teams.
• Make sure all designs follow Oracle recommended practices and relevant industry standards.

Required Experience and Expertise

This role requires strong Oracle experience, especially within utilities-focused implementations. Candidates should have a proven track record in architecting and deploying enterprise Oracle Utilities solutions.

• At least 8 years of experience working with Oracle technologies, including Oracle Utilities solutions.
• Substantial background in designing and implementing enterprise Oracle Utilities platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Utilities products and frameworks, including CC&B, MDM, C2M, OUAF, and Oracle Utilities Analytics.
• Experience supporting enterprise architecture initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Clear understanding of utility sector operations and core business workflows.

This requirement is urgent and is for a client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is an onsite contract role.
