Role overview

This position is accountable for the day-to-day performance of warehouse operations across the Fittes network. The focus is on making sure inbound receiving, storage, and outbound flow work reliably in practice. The role is hands-on and expected to solve problems as they happen, especially when processes break down, slow down, or create inefficiencies.

You will work closely with inventory, logistics, and third-party logistics partners to keep product movement accurate, efficient, and predictable. This is not a strategy-only leadership position; it requires direct involvement in execution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse performance, including accuracy, throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Protect inventory integrity across both digital systems and physical handling.
• Create, refine, and enforce SOPs with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Spot workflow bottlenecks in inbound and outbound operations and remove them.
• Use data to improve cost, turnaround time, and quality.
• Focus on team results and not just activity levels.
• Stay close to the work, understand the process deeply, and keep improving it continuously.

Ideal fit

The company is looking for someone who can run operations with consistency and very little firefighting. The right candidate keeps inventory processes reliable, maintains clear documentation, catches issues early, and resolves them before they escalate. The team should be able to depend on this person to define standards, reinforce them, and keep performance steady.

Compensation and benefits

The compensation range for this role is CAD 55,000 to CAD 75,000 per year. The final salary may differ depending on role-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
