Role Overview
The Operations Executive will coordinate assistance services for both domestic and international patients. This role involves handling requests, tracking ongoing cases, and keeping case records accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate support and assistance services for patients within India and overseas.
- Receive medical assistance requests through phone, email, and online channels, and manage them promptly.
- Track active medical cases and ensure all information is recorded correctly in the case management system.
