Role overview
This position supports the Collateral & Margin Management team by handling margin call activity across products, performing reconciliations, and maintaining strong control processes. It also contributes to smoother operations by reviewing business processes, spotting improvement opportunities, and helping leaders make decisions based on data.
Key responsibilities
- Review operational information to uncover patterns, delays, and opportunities to improve performance.
- Create reports and dashboards that help with planning and ongoing monitoring of business results.
- Work with teams across functions to simplify workflows and put process improvements into action.
- Help define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators.
- Prepare analysis summaries and presentation material for leadership.
- Support special assignments and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide operational support for the Cash Management Department.
- Deliver WebEx-based product training to customers and/or bank staff on cash management products and services.
- Assist with testing for system upgrades and new product launches.
- Offer technical, professional, and general support to customers and bank personnel using Cash Management Online Banking services.
- Handle customer setup activities, monitor product usage and system performance, and resolve issues within assigned authority.
- Help coordinate audits and examinations.
- Carry out routine daily work, review reports, draft correspondence, and take part in department projects.
Required skills and experience
The role calls for prior exposure to business analysis, operations, or process improvement work. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities are important, along with familiarity with process mapping and project management tools. Good communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
