Job Overview
An Emirati Office Administrator is needed in Abu Dhabi to provide dependable administrative assistance and help keep day-to-day office functions running smoothly. The position suits a well-organized, detail-focused Emirati professional who wants to grow their career in a supportive and expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clerical and administrative assistance to support efficient office operations.
- Oversee and coordinate everyday office activities in an organized manner.
- Keep both digital and paper records well arranged, accurate, and easy to retrieve.
- Work with internal teams and outside contacts to ensure communication and operations stay on track.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and official business documents when needed.
- Support HR and PRO activities, including document handling, onboarding coordination, and interaction with government bodies when necessary.
- Follow company rules, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion at all times.
- Assist with planning and organizing meetings, company events, and internal activities.
- Provide administrative help to senior management and contribute to special assignments as required.
- Help maintain a tidy, professional, and well-organized office setting.
Qualifications
- This opportunity is intended for Emirati nationals.
- Working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Strong command of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered an added advantage.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are required.
- Applicants should be highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
