Role Summary
This position focuses on maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining support environment. It also contributes to patient service operations by helping keep supplies organized and assisting with tray-related tasks when required.
Key Duties
- Keep kitchen spaces, storage areas, and sanitation stations clean and properly maintained.
- Operate the automatic dish machine and the three-compartment sink as part of routine cleaning work.
- Collect and return carts to nursing units on a regular schedule or whenever needed.
- Support patient tray assembly by stocking silverware, placing tray mats, and helping at a workstation when necessary.
- Work closely with teammates to help maintain the department’s high standards for the Nutrition and Dining Program.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience is required.
- No licenses or certifications are needed for this role.
