MIS Executive (On Third Party Payroll)

Role overview

Brillon Consumer Products is seeking a meticulous and data-driven MIS Executive to support reporting and analysis for its sales functions. The position calls for strong command over Excel, data handling, and business reporting, along with practical exposure to FMCG sales processes. The selected candidate will help convert raw data into clear management insights and performance updates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
• Review primary sales and secondary sales datasets to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Monitor operational sales indicators such as ECO, line sold, distribution, and productivity.
• Develop automated dashboards with Excel and Power BI.
• Clean, reshape, and organize data using Power Query.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation checks and control measures.
• Prepare performance reports by region, distributor, and product.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams for data and reporting support.

Skills and experience required

The role needs a self-motivated professional with strong analytical ability and a high-energy work style. Candidates should bring 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, and should be comfortable working with structured data, dashboards, and sales metrics.

• Advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting
• Power Query for data cleaning and transformation
• Basic SQL knowledge covering SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, and GROUP BY
• Power BI for dashboarding and basic data modelling
• Understanding of FMCG sales concepts such as primary and secondary sales, distribution and coverage, ECO, line sold, productivity metrics, target vs achievement, and scheme/incentive calculations

This is a contractual role based in Noida, India and offered on third-party payroll.
