Role overview
The company is hiring a Middle Project Manager to take ownership of internal project delivery and process rollout. The role calls for someone with a solid project management background, strong process-implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
What you will do
- Manage the complete lifecycle of internal projects, starting with requirement collection and ending with solution launch and process adoption.
- Run interviews with users and discovery discussions with stakeholders to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn findings into clear project inputs.
- Act as the link between business teams and technical teams to keep expectations, scope, and priorities aligned.
- Track risks, blockers, and dependencies, and define practical mitigation plans.
- Drive the rollout of new products, tools, or operating processes within existing workflows.
- Support change management efforts by adjusting quickly to shifting priorities, requirements, and business goals while maintaining execution quality.
- Measure project progress and key performance indicators to ensure delivery stays tied to business outcomes.
- Gather and interpret data to inform decisions and shape recommended solutions.
- Prepare status updates and progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and close efficiency gaps across teams.
What the company is looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Practical experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, or product workflow design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities with both business and technical audiences.
- A data-led approach to making decisions.
- Experience using AI or introducing AI into products or business processes.
- Strong planning and delivery skills, along with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Hiring process and additional information
