  • Produce sales reporting by store area and linear space to support space planning, category performance review, strategic planning, and inventory optimisation.
  • Monitor stock levels for the online store and stadium shop, and flag any stock shortages, overages, or reorder needs to the Head of Buying and Merchandising.
  • Keep the e-commerce platform and back-office stock systems up to date.
  • Track stock deliveries and inform the Retail Team of any changes or delays.
  • Work with the Warehouse Manager on stock queries and any required purchase order changes.
  • Carry out the stock movement strategy set by the Head of Buying and Merchandising and prepare the delivery schedule for the Warehouse Manager.
  • Update continuity line cards to support matchday stock levels and carry out rebuy activity based on stock needs.
  • Forecast WSSI reports, identify stock gaps, and recommend ways to improve sales and stock availability.
  • Implement price changes and markdowns as required.
  • Coordinate the addition of kit sponsors to kit and training wear, liaising with the embellisher, Warehouse Manager, and relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain the matchday report used by the store team.
  • Compile wholesale orders and work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Support kit launches in line with the strategy set by the Retail and Licensing Director.
  • Develop working knowledge of online store analytics.
  • Update and distribute the marketing calendar, and suggest promotional offers where appropriate.
  • Monitor deadlines on the marketing calendar and follow up to ensure digital assets are delivered on time for in-store and online campaigns.
