Role overview

Frem Group is looking for a Marketing Executive to support four brands within the business: FG Library, FG Projects, Furnitureplan, and Chairplan. This is a practical, varied role with responsibility for marketing delivery across several channels, supporting both the sales side and the manufacturing side of the organisation. The position requires a balanced approach that works well for both business-to-business audiences and direct customers.

You will work closely with the Group Marketing Director, Group Managing Director, and teams across design, sales, and manufacturing. The role sits within a company with more than 25 years of experience and a strong reputation in library design, educational furniture, fit-out solutions, and project delivery across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing activity across all four brands in the group.
  • Keep projects moving by managing schedules, priorities, and day-to-day workflows so delivery stays on time and to a high standard.
  • Work with colleagues in sales, design, and manufacturing to make sure campaigns and assets are aligned.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and oversee content for social media across all relevant platforms.
  • Build engaging campaigns that match each brand identity and showcase both products and completed projects.
  • Track performance on social channels and share updates based on key metrics.
  • Maintain and refresh several company websites across the group.
  • Ensure website content reflects both product-focused manufacturing activity and service-led project and sales offerings.
  • Support website improvements that help strengthen user experience and engagement.
  • Produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and other sales support assets.
  • Create collateral that helps move the sales pipeline forward and promotes manufactured products effectively.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure materials support commercial goals.
  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy for both digital and print use.
  • Contribute to storytelling for projects, case studies, and wider marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage projects and juggle multiple priorities across different parts of a business.
  • Good understanding of both B2B marketing and direct-to-customer marketing methods.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in design and content development.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to support all areas of marketing activity.
  • Experience handling social media accounts and managing websites.
  • Well organised, proactive, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with teams in sales, design, and manufacturing.
