- Help manage procurement activities, including follow-up on materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Maintain project records such as status updates, technical drawings, permits, and testing documentation.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and sea trials whenever needed.
- Monitor project expenditure and scope changes, and assist with budget control and invoicing support.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s qualification in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a similar discipline.
- About 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or marine engineering projects.
- Prior experience in major commercial shipyards in Singapore is a plus.

- Basic awareness of classification society standards, including BV, ABS, DNV, and Lloyd’s Register.
- Exposure to vessel categories such as aluminium, passenger, and fibre vessels.
- Understanding of HSSE requirements within shipyard environments.
