Hiring process
The selection process is handled by people rather than automated screening tools. Applications are reviewed carefully against the role requirements, and shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review. In many cases, this is followed by a test task or short project. Final-stage candidates are then invited to speak with the hiring manager and/or interview panel either in person or over Zoom. Interviews are never conducted through text messages or Telegram, and offers are only discussed after a live conversation.
Privacy and compliance
The company states that it follows applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. Candidates are directed to the company’s Privacy Policy for more information.
