About the Role
This full-time position serves as the primary point of contact for all ESPN Super Bowl studio and set-related project management. You will ensure seamless alignment between internal Studio Design & Development leadership, production stakeholders, and external scenic vendors throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and fabrication to load-in and strike.
Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for all ESPN Super Bowl LXI studio and set project management initiatives.
- Oversee the execution and installation of scenic elements across all designated Super Bowl LXI locations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination from the conceptual stage through to final delivery.
- Maintain continuous communication with Studio Design leadership to review scenic builds and confirm adherence to ESPN standards.
- Coordinate essential activities such as site visits, shop tours, bidding processes, and build assessments.
- Serve as the on-site liaison connecting internal teams with local fabrication partners.

- Los Angeles Convention Center
- Disneyland Resort
- NFL Network (NFLN)
- (Ongoing coordination is required for all locations throughout the project.)
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management for scenic and production design.
- Proven track record supporting large-scale broadcast or live production builds.
- Must be a local resident with convenient access and proximity to all Los Angeles area locations.
- Solid understanding of ESPN's studio set design expectations and quality standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing timelines, tracking budgets, and evaluating vendors.
- Existing relationships with local scenic and fabrication vendors are highly desirable.
- Capability to assess scenic builds in real-time and communicate effectively with senior Studio Design leadership.
Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
