Role overview
Join NZ Post in a part-time Mail Officer position at the Auckland - Albany Box Lobby. This role is centered on providing a high standard of customer service at the front counter and Box Lobby, handling customer questions, requests, and concerns in a busy, varied environment. The work is designed for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving and contributing to a wider purpose that supports businesses, communities, and people across Aotearoa.
Work schedule and location
- Location: Auckland - Albany Box Lobby
- Work days: Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 5:00am to 11:00am
Pay
- Hourly pay: NZD 26.10
- Night rate allowance applies until 6:00am
What you will be doing
You will be supporting customers at the counter and in the Box Lobby, responding to questions and issues professionally, and helping resolve matters efficiently. The role also involves administration and data entry, along with physically active work and day-to-day problem solving.

About you
To succeed in this role, you should be available for the stated Monday to Saturday early-morning schedule, hold at least a restricted driver licence, and be comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
