What You’ll Do

In this position, you will help protect customers, associates, and store assets while supporting a positive shopping experience.

• Maintain a visible, approachable presence near the store entrance to help create a reassuring customer experience.
• Reduce loss on the sales floor by acting as a visible deterrent and representing the loss prevention function in a professional manner.
• Work alongside store colleagues to safeguard merchandise and support store security practices.
• Use calm, effective conflict resolution skills when difficult situations arise.
• Stay composed, professional, and dependable when working under pressure.
• Show self-motivation, resilience, and a strong desire to make a positive difference.
• Communicate clearly and naturally with customers and store teams.
• Take part in the training programme provided at the start of employment.

Who This Role Suits

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, a busy retail setting, or security guarding would be helpful, though it is not a strict requirement. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying alert, and contributing to a safe store environment.
