Relevant backgrounds could include immigration, the courts, a law firm, communications, media, or administrative work in the public sector. Strong judgement, initiative, and the ability to decide how to respond or when to escalate an issue are important in this role.
You should also have strong relationship-building ability, both inside and outside the organisation, along with confidence using digital tools to deliver effective outcomes and support improvement and change. You need to work well in collaborative environments, communicate clearly in writing and speech, tailor your message to different audiences, and maintain a high level of accuracy and organisation.
