Role Summary

This is a full-time remote position for a Leadership Coach. The role focuses on building and delivering coaching programs that develop leaders across different levels using WILL Interactive’s immersive, data-informed tools. The position combines direct coaching, assessment, stakeholder collaboration, workshop facilitation, and the creation of tailored growth plans aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and run coaching programs designed to strengthen leadership capability.
  • Lead one-on-one coaching conversations as well as group coaching sessions.
  • Evaluate leadership strengths and development areas.
  • Create personalized development plans that support organizational goals.
  • Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to interpret behavioral data and turn insights into practical recommendations.
  • Support implementation and adoption of performance pathways.
  • Facilitate virtual workshops and learning sessions.
  • Provide consistent feedback, reinforcement, and follow-up support.
  • Help improve coaching tools, methods, resources, and content over time.

Required Qualifications
