About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Controller/Helper to manage order flow and support kitchen operations. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless experience for both our team and customers, contributing to the overall success of Ches's.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage incoming orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Package food items accurately for takeout and delivery orders.
- Perform general kitchen cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards.
- Contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Willingness to perform cleaning tasks.

Additional Information
